DiscoveryOS is BETA SOFTWARE and a RESEARCH TOOL ONLY.



\### What This Is:

\- Computational chemistry research platform

\- Generates predictions to guide research

\- Early-stage exploration tool



\### What This Is NOT:

\- ❌ NOT FDA-approved

\- ❌ NOT medical or pharmaceutical advice

\- ❌ NOT guaranteed to produce useful results

\- ❌ NOT a replacement for lab validation



\## 2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES



By using DiscoveryOS, you agree to:

✅ \*\*Assess safety and feasibility\*\* before synthesis

✅ \*\*Ensure regulatory compliance\*\* in your jurisdiction

✅ \*\*Obtain necessary permits and licenses\*\* for chemical work



\## 3. PLATFORM RESPONSIBILITIES



We provide:

\- ✅ Documentation of model accuracy

\- ✅ Data security measures

\- ✅ Reasonable technical support



\## 4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY



\### We Are NOT Liable For:

\- ❌ Accuracy of predictions (models have inherent error rates)

\- ❌ Real-world outcomes of synthesized molecules

\- ❌ Patent or intellectual property disputes

\- ❌ Regulatory compliance issues

\- ❌ Safety of molecules you synthesize

\- ❌ Any damages resulting from use or misuse



\### Maximum Liability:

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.



\## 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY



\### Your IP:

\- You own molecules you design

\- Your research data remains yours

\- We do not claim ownership of your discoveries



\### Commercial Use Clause:

If you commercialize a molecule designed with DiscoveryOS (annual revenue > $100,000), you agree to:

\- Pay 5% of net revenue to DiscoveryOS

\- Provide quarterly revenue reports

\- Grant us a non-exclusive license to showcase your success



\### Our IP:

\- DiscoveryOS platform code and models remain our property

\- You receive a license to use, not own

\- Reverse engineering is prohibited



\## 6. ACCEPTABLE USE



You may NOT use DiscoveryOS to:

\- ❌ Design weapons or toxins

\- ❌ Create illegal substances

\- ❌ Violate export control laws

\- ❌ Harm people, animals, or environment

\- ❌ Circumvent security measures



\## 7. ACCOUNT TERMS



\### Registration:

\- Must provide accurate information

\- Must be 18+ years old

\- One account per person

\- Cannot share login credentials



\### Subscription:

\- Monthly or annual billing

\- Cancel anytime (no refunds for partial months)

\- We may change pricing with 30 days notice



\## 8. DATA AND PRIVACY



\- We collect minimal data (see Privacy Policy)

\- Your research data is encrypted

\- We may use anonymized data to improve models

\- You can request data deletion anytime



\## 9. TERMINATION



\### We May Terminate If You:

\- Violate these terms

\- Use platform for illegal purposes

\- Abuse system resources

\- Fail to pay subscription

\- Cancel subscription anytime

\- Request data deletion within 30 days

\- Claims arising from your use of the platform

\- Your violation of these terms

\- Your violation of applicable laws

\- Third-party claims related to your molecules
